Having been involved in the recruitment industry for over 20 years, David has seen a significant amount of change across the recruitment landscape. After spending the last 10 years building his own successful recruitment business in Australia, which amassed 4 offices and over 30 staff, change was imminent. With a new brand, and a global presence in Australia and the United States, Marriott Consulting Group (MCGRP) was born.

With a track record of managing extensive teams and running a business with passion, David is determined to set a new benchmark in the recruitment industry. Committed to delivering a high class service and a true consultancy approach to his clients, this is one focused individual who thrives on a challenge. With over 20 years experience in construction & engineering recruitment both in Australia and overseas, MCGRP has an enviable foothold in the industry.
